Exchanges

You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product. 

The procedure for exchange is as follows:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at ballarindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
    Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincode & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case. 
  3. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once the product passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. 

Note: There will be reverse shipping fees on exchange done on orders, barring defective product or print issue or any other problem on our end.

 

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation or refund is not possible against any orders. 

In case you have received a defected product and want to return, the amount will be credited to the customer account in form of store credit. 

Store credits can be used for any of your future purchases on our website.
